Position Overview

In order to support this growth, Conductor seeks an energetic, entrepreneurial and effective Account Director to drive client retention and revenue growth. This person will report to the Head of Client Services and be responsible for maintaining and growing client relationships at Conductor.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Director, Client Services to establish and execute an effective growth and retention strategy
  • Build strong relationships with new clients
  • Service existing client relationships
  • Grow revenue through upselling existing accounts
  • Develop proposals to grow client relationships
  • Solve problems for clients
  • Deliver client feedback back to sales and technology teams

Required Experience:

  • At least 2 to 5 years of direct sales experience in traditional or online advertising
  • Proven success growing revenue with new or existing clients and meeting or exceeding revenue quotas
  • Demonstrated the ability to operate both independently and with cross functional teams
  • A working knowledge of SFA software such as Salesforce.com
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Education:

  • An undergraduate degree is required.
