Seth Besmertnik, CEO & Co-Founder
Seth Besmertnik guides corporate strategy through his vision and thought leadership of Conductor’s products and his development of the strategic partnerships and relationships which have established both the company and himself as recognized authorities in Natural Search. Since co-founding the company in 2005, Besmertnik has navigated the company through multiple financings and extraordinary growth. Today the company boasts a client list of more than one hundred Fortune 500 and Internet Retailer 500 companies and hundreds of the world’s most recognized publishers. In addition, Conductor provides Natural Search solutions for more than half the top search engine marketing and optimization agencies in the United States.

Besmertnik’s passion for entrepreneurial business development is grounded in his early experiences in enterprise software sales & real estate development. During the years prior to Conductor, he achieved several sales and achievement awards while spending his evenings attending business school. In 2003, Besmertnik successfully founded health portal MindMD.com, where he learned and developed the innovative search practices that later became the foundation of Conductor’s marketing solutions.

Besmertnik received his Bachelors Degree in Entrepreneurial Management from Baruch College's Zicklin School of Business. Additionally, Besmertnik frequently speaks as an expert in search marketing at industry events and is also a frequent guest lecturer on entrepreneurship at various universities including NYU and Baruch College.

Jason Bigler, VP, Product Management
Jason BiglerJason Bigler is responsible for the overall strategic direction of the Conductor product suite. An industry veteran, Jason brings over 15 years of product management experience in developing consumer and enterprise software solutions.

Prior to joining Conductor, Jason was Vice President of Product Management at DoubleClick, where he was responsible for the global product strategy of DoubleClick's digital advertising product suite. During his tenure he oversaw over $40 million of revenue growth and significant market share gains. In 2006 his innovative work was recognized by the industry with an ASPY award for best technology solution. Previously Jason held several product management positions within emerging firms in the messaging and financial services industries.

Jason earned his MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business, and a BA from West Virginia University.

Ho Chin, CFO
Ho Chin joined Conductor in May 2007 as the CFO. Chin is responsible for overseeing the company's finance & administration and plays an important role in the company's operations and business strategy. Prior to joining Conductor, Chin was the VP of Finance at Azoogle.com, Inc. overseeing all aspects of the company's financials, including M&A. Before Azoogle, Chin was with DoubleClick where he held a variety of management positions including Director of Corporate Development, managing acquisitions & divestitures and integration of acquisitions. Previously, he was with PriceWaterhouseCoopers and AlliedSignal.

Chin holds a B.S. in Accounting from the Pennsylvania State University and an MBA from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.

Jeremy Duboys, President & Co-Founder
Bringing product development and technology vision expertise, Jeremy Duboys is primarily responsible for product and market development. A series of entrepreneurial endeavors began in 2002 with the creation of online printing company Professional Taste Printing. Duboys quickly saw how to vertically integrate Professional Taste through strategic use of linking, and soon saw that the industry needed to be modernized and improved. This led to the creation, with Besmertnik, of LinkExperts, (the precursor to Conductor) in 2004.

Duboys holds a BA from Penn State University and is an active member of the search engine community.

John Pavley, CTO
John Pavley leads the technology team at Conductor. Pavley has extensive experience in Internet Advertising and Online Marketing as CTO of ContextWeb (ADSDAQ Ad Exchange), VP of Business Systems Engineering for Yahoo! Search Marketing, and VP of Ad Management Engineering for DoubleClick (DART). At ContextWeb, Yahoo! and DoubleClick, Pavley was responsible for building and maintaining ad serving systems that scaled to billions of transaction per day.

Prior to 2000, Pavley lived and worked in the Silicon Valley working for several technology-based startups as well as Apple Computer. At Apple Computer's software division, Pavley led the design and development of the award winning ClarisWorks for Kids. Pavley's research in the areas of user interface design and reusable software components resulted in the awarding of eight utility patents.

Pavley likes to blog about technology and related issues on a regular basis. He has a BA degree from Rutgers University.
