6 Marketing Sessions You Have to See at C3

All year long, I get to hear about how awesome C3 is. I’m lucky – I’ve been a part of C3 for the last 5 years, and I start looking forward to the next one a few days after the last one.

I’ve seen it evolve from a small gathering of brainiac marketers into the de-facto event for companies to get up-to-speed on the best methods of organic marketing and customer acquisition.

Sometimes, however, I get the question of: “What should I look forward to at C3 this year?” So I thought I’d take a few minutes and give you the highlights of what you can see at Pier 92 this October 28th and 29th.

There are so many awesome sessions it’s almost impossible to pick a highlight – but here are a few of the ones that I’m personally looking forward to based on area of expertise.

For the Content Marketer

1. Content Strategy at The New York Times


When you want to hear how to create compelling and meaningful stories – you can’t go wrong looking to the New York Times.  I can’t wait to hear how Tara Fuller digs into how to create compelling stories that are built on data, while still engaging with your audience.

2. This Guy Wrote the Book on Content Marketing (Literally)


Joe Pulizzi, Founder of the Content Marketing Institute, is a legend in content marketing – and an overall awesome guy. I’ve been listening to his podcasts for some time, but he literally wrote the book on Epic Content Marketing.   This session will be an awesome breakdown on how you can make content marketing successful in your organization.

For the Search Marketer

3. A Million Shoppers a Day Can’t be Wrong
