The folks at TechCrunch launched a "tech focused" job board this week to address some of the market disconnects in the Internet/start up community. This is a good example of an influential blog leveraging its economies of scale through a new and needed product.

Building and growing a business is pretty difficult, but finding the right team members is most difficult. Hopefully, a targeted job board like this will ease the pain of finding great talent.
