To support our Customer Success Department, we are looking for a new

Project Manager (m/w/d)

(Hybrid in Berlin, remote in Germany / full-time/ permanent position)

Your tasks

• Identification of project's goals, objectives, and scope
• Creation of tasks and schedules for correct data delivery
• Liaison between the customer and engineering, translating business and data requirements into the customer's language
• Implementation of Q&A processes to reduce risks and issues and monitoring of their progress
• Identification of optimization opportunities in our customer processes: Collaborate with Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, Product Management, and Customers to drive customer engagement, revenue, and smooth workflows for our data businesses
• Communicate data requirements and deadlines to customers based on clear expectations of timelines and feasibility

Your profile

• Completed studies in a suitable field or corresponding professional experience
• At least three years of project management/ project leadership experience, supplemented by advanced Excel skills and experience in customer-facing communications
• Responsible, detail-, product- and customer-oriented team player with a good feel for numbers and data correlations, who can convince with excellent communication skills towards a wide range of stakeholders
• Business fluent in English, knowledge of German and French would be a plus
