Alan Ginsberg is the Chief Customer Officer at Conductor. He was formerly Vice President, Customer Success for the Oracle Marketing Cloud and Vice President of North American Customer Success at Responsys until the company was acquired by Oracle in April 2014 for $1.6 billion.
Alan started his career at Arthur Andersen, where he worked on large-scale systems and process reengineering initiatives for Fortune 1000 clients and managed marketing efforts for the firm’s first major online initiative. He also ran North American Marketing for Cartesis (acquired by Business Objects/SAP), served as the Chief Operating Officer of a web consulting, development and marketing business and was the co-founder of a knowledge management software start-up.
He is a Certified Public Accountant and earned his BS in Business Administration at The State University of New York at Albany.
