Conductor Foundation Works with World Wildlife Fund to Increase Online Awareness for Conservation
Conductor, the global leader in search technology, today announced that the Conductor Foundation is working with World Wildlife Fund (WWF) to increase online search visibility and traffic for the non-profit through access to its leading search marketing solution, Conductor Searchlight.
Organic search represents an opportunity for WWF to build increased global awareness for its mission of building a future where people live in harmony with nature. Organic visits currently amount to over 30 percent of total site traffic, but new tools will enhance understanding of what drives search behavior, and this will open up new opportunities for exposure.
“Engaging people is fundamental to produce the kind of change necessary to achieve our mission,” said Diane Quigley, Website Director for WWF. “We have a great opportunity to achieve our goals through Conductor Searchlight, and we are excited to be working with a technology leader in this space.”
With the Conductor Searchlight grant, awarded to select non-profits on a yearly basis, WWF now has access to a state-of-the-art organic search platform used by more than half of the top 20 Internet Retailers and more than 100 of the Fortune 500. The opportunity to utilize the market-leading solution provides WWF with the ability to broaden its search campaigns, track the success of new and existing content, identify new traffic opportunities and prove the return on investment in search.
“We are committed to raising the online visibility of worthy non-profits through the Conductor Foundation,” said Seth Besmertnik, CEO. “The conservation of our planet should be a critical mission for us all and I’m excited that we can apply our leading technology and world class resources to saving our planet.”
Since 2011, the Conductor Foundation has been granting non-profits throughout the country pro-bono access to its market-leading search solution and resources. Previous recipients of the grant include Housing Works, WNYC (NPR), National Kidney Foundation and DC Goodwill.
