Brian Bennett, VP, Channels
Brian Bennett is responsible for managing indirect channels, agencies and strategic partnerships for Conductor. Bennett has over 25 years of sales and marketing technology experience that includes working with hardware and software companies to developing direct and indirect sales teams. In addition, Bennett has extensive experience with early stage of software opportunities.
Prior to Conductor, Bennett held executive positions with Silicon Graphics, Netscape, E.piphany and several Silicon Valley startups. At each company, Bennett successfully developed and executed strategies for gaining marketshare and growing revenues via effective partnering execution.
Bennett received a BS in Managerial Economics from the University of California at Davis.

Seth Besmertnik, CEO & Co-Founder
Seth Besmertnik directs corporate strategy, guides product vision and develops strategic partnerships for Conductor. Since co-founding the company, Seth has navigated Conductor through multiple financing rounds and extraordinary growth including being ranked the 13th fastest growing software company in the US & the 3rd Best Place to Work in New York City. Today, Conductor is the market leading SEO Platform for companies with SEO teams, and the agencies that support them. The company boasts the biggest customer list in the category including more than 500 Fortune and Internet Retailer 500 brands like General Electric, Toys R Us and Federal Express.
Besmertnik regularly presents at industry events as an expert in search marketing and frequently guest lectures on entrepreneurship at universities. Besmertnik was selected as a Finalist for Ernst & Young’s prestigious Entrepreneur of the Year Award. He tweets at @besmertnik and writes on the Conductor Blog.
Besmertnik holds B.S. in Entrepreneurial Management from Baruch College's Zicklin School of Business.

Maria Bradley, Director, Customer Success
Maria Bradley leads the Customer Success Team at Conductor and is responsible for managing all aspects of client relationships and strategy. She heads up Conductor’s Customer Success team to provide enterprise customers with leadership and expertise to develop search marketing strategies using Conductor Searchlight. She brings over 10 years’ experience in customer-facing roles and experience in the online marketing industry to Conductor.
Prior to joining the company, Bradley led a team of account managers who were accountable for the retention and growth of Fortune 1000 accounts and over 45 million in revenue at Yahoo! Inc. Under Bradley’s leadership, she and her team defined and improved business processes at Yahoo and developed servicing strategies for top-tier clients with the highest growth potential.
Bradley has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Belmont University, Nashville, TN.

Jim Caci, CFO
Jim Caci directs finance, human resources and administration functions for Conductor. Caci brings twenty plus years of experience running the finance and operations functions of both public and private companies.
Most recently, Caci was CFO at AvePoint, the leader in governance and infrastructure management solutions for Microsoft SharePoint, where he was responsible for managing the finance and operations for all of AvePoint’s global entities, including 25 wholly owned operational centers on six continents.
Caci holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Montclair State University.

Seth Dotterer, VP, Marketing and Product
Seth Dotterer leads the marketing and product teams at Conductor, responsible for branding and communications, marketing strategy, demand generation and strategic product positioning of Conductor’s SaaS SEO platform, Searchlight. Dotterer guides the highly talented Conductor team to establish product roadmap and manage its successful execution. With over 15 years of online marketing experience, Dotterer has worked with both startups and the Fortune 100 to develop effective marketing strategies and to utilize technology and metrics to increase sales and profitability.
Prior to joining Conductor, Dotterer worked for consumer electronics manufacturer, Turtle Beach, in a variety of product and marketing roles. As head of Marketing, Dotterer managed the successful market placement and deployment for over 80 products in 11 product segments.
Dotterer is the co-organizer of the 1,400+ member SEMPO NY (Search Engine Marketing Professional Organization) Meetup group. He graduated from Franklin and Marshall College with a degree in political science.

Eric Reisch, VP, Account Development & Sales
Eric Reisch heads Account Development and Sales for Conductor. With a deep background in the online advertising space, Reisch has held a number of positions in the sales organization at Conductor over the last four years. His work in building out teams, outlining the sales process and helping to define the market opportunity has continually grown revenue over the last few years, helped customers boost revenue and brand recognition and established Conductor as the leader in SEO technology.
Prior to Conductor, Reisch spent three and a half years at Yahoo! as Regional Sales Manager. Reisch managed sales teams during Yahoo’s game-changing introduction of search marketing and display advertising into the traditional recruitment listing-based model.
Reisch graduated from the University of Florida with a B.A. in Communications. He is an active member of the SEO community.

Josh Rosenblum, Director of Technology
Josh Rosenblum is responsible for leading the overall technology design and infrastructure direction at Conductor. Under Rosenblum’s direction, state-of-the-art infrastructure improvements were made early in the platform’s inception, enabling the platform to support 10x customer and revenue growth in a year.
Prior to joining Conductor, Rosenblum worked at ShopWiki, where he was instrumental in developing advanced crawling software and tools for automated monitoring and validation of algorithms for large data sets. Rosenblum also held product management roles at Trilogy and Andale, analyzing technical and business procedural requirements for product integrations and managing the unique challenges that come with collecting and parsing unstructured data.
Rosenblum studied Machine Learning at University of Toronto and has Bachelor’s degrees in Symbolic Systems and History from Stanford University.

Andrew Wilson, VP, Engineering
Andrew Wilson brings his extensive experience building innovative platforms to Conductor, where he oversees all engineering and feature development for the Conductor Searchlight platform. Prior to joining Conductor, Wilson worked at CodeStreet where he held leadership roles in Project Management, Quality Assurance, and Engineering. Wilson’s experience in multiple areas of technical development and management led to responsibilities in customer-facing roles in which he provided technical strategy and leadership guidance to customers.
Wilson holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Columbia University.
