The Subscription page lets you understand your organization’s subscription plan and your usage of the Conductor platform. Account > Subscription This feature is available only to Admin users. Learn more about user types in Conductor Creator and Conductor Intelligence. Depending on your subscription, you might see one of two experiences. Organizations on our current pricing and plan have a different experience from organizations on our legacy plan.

How do I know which subscription plan my organization has?

Just look at the value in the Plan field in the Subscription section at the top of the page:
  • If the value is Legacy, your organization is on legacy pricing.
  • If the value is anything besides Legacy, your organization is on one of our current pricing plans. Subscription section.png

Seeing Account-Level Usage Data

The Subscription page shows organization-level usage data. You can see usage data across any accounts you have by clicking the View by account link. Each product section includes its own account breakdown, indicating the relevant usage. Accounts you don’t have access to are grouped into a single Other Accounts row. Only accounts with actual usage appear in the breakdown.
