Work through it top to bottom, or jump straight to whatever you need. dynamic content

1. Get Oriented: What’s New and Why It Matters

The Pages Report Orientation Guide ↗️ Start here. A short video (under 3 minutes) plus a written walkthrough covering what Pages does, how its report structure works — Overview, Explore, the Pages table, and Page Details — and the value it unlocks for your team.

2. ⏰ Complete Your Beta Onboarding — Due August 14

Configure Your Pages Reporting (Beta Onboarding Guide for Admins) ↗️ This is the most time-sensitive item in this guide. Subdomain and URL exclusion changes made before August 14 clean up your historical data too, not just future reporting — after that date, updates only apply going forward. Review your scope now, even if you don’t expect to make major changes — it’s the only window where doing so shapes your historical trends, not just what’s ahead.

3. Learn the Workflows: Tutorials

From Find Content Opportunities:
  • Use Page Performance to Identify Opportunities — how to use the Pages report’s Page Groups and Explore views to spot which sections of your site need attention first, across organic traffic, AI citations, and search impressions.
From Build Reports with Workspaces:
  • Build an executive SEO report — showcase organic traffic with Pages and Page Groups, GSC performance and Keywords for SERP visibility, and competitive insights with Market Share, organized into a leadership-ready Workspace.
  • Track organic search performance with Pages — compare performance across website segments, trend key metrics over time, investigate top landing pages with Page Details, and schedule it all for automatic delivery.
  • Understand performance changes using Annotations — track automatic and custom annotations to understand how site or search-landscape changes affect your performance, and prove the impact of your optimization work.

4. Get the Most Out of Pages: Check Your Setup

Pages pulls together data from across your Conductor setup — if you’re a longtime customer, you likely already have these active. If you’re new, or a particular signal seems to be missing from your reporting, work through these: Data Sources Report Configuration
  • Pages and Crawling Setup: reference documentation for subdomain scoping, exclusion rules, and crawling settings.
  • Page Groups Setup: build the page group structure your team will use to organize and filter reporting.
