Erik Kraiczy spearheads Conductor's new business development across the EMEA region. He became a member of the Conductor Leadership Team following the acquisition of Searchmetrics in February 2023.
With a robust background spanning over 12 years in SEO and SaaS sales—including more than 8 years in sales leadership - Erik brings deep industry expertise. His digital marketing journey began at a major German agency, providing him with invaluable insights that later proved instrumental in rapidly scaling the agency business at Searchmetrics. This experience has given him a profound understanding of both SME and enterprise needs, enabling him to effectively tailor Conductor's sales strategies for the diverse EMEA market.
Prior to his tech career, Erik honed his leadership skills for over seven years in the dynamic hospitality and events industry.
