Gaurav Chandna

VP, Engineering

As Vice President of Engineering, Gaurav is responsible for leading the development and execution of Conductor's technology, product architecture, and engineering strategy.

Gaurav has spent his career at the intersection of platform strategy and market expansion. At Tableau (acquired by Salesforce), he drove the integration strategy that powered Salesforce's expansion into the no-code workflow automation market. At ID.me, he launched the company's first platform API, underpinned by a newly built identity graph, laying the foundation for trusted, human-verified AI agents. He has held VP and Senior Director roles at Cohesity, ID.me, and Tableau, launching net-new product lines and scaling engineering organizations across data security, identity, and SaaS platforms.

Gaurav holds an MS in Computer Science from the University of Southern California and believes the best products are a reflection of the teams and culture that build them.
