Gerasimos Pollatos

Gerasimos leads the development and execution of Conductor's AI platform strategy and agentic infrastructure.

Before Conductor, Gerasimos was SVP of Engineering at Searchmetrics, where he led engineering, infrastructure, and product. Before Searchmetrics, Gerasimos was the Director of Engineering for the OLX Autos Dealer group, where his teams launched the OLX autos platform in India, Indonesia, and Latin America. He has held senior positions in startups and scale-ups in the travel, adtech, and mobile marketing spaces.

Gerasimos holds an MSc in Computer Science and a PhD in Combinatorial Optimization. He enjoys graph theory, distributed systems, data architectures, and stateless software.
