With nearly 30 years of experience across Solutions Consulting, Customer Success, and advertising operations, he brings a rare combination of technical depth and commercial fluency to every customer engagement.

A career built across media advertising operations, Customer Success, and enterprise GTM has given JT a clear-eyed view of how organizations actually buy, implement, and get value from platforms and data, not just how they're supposed to.

He holds a degree in Economics from the University of Maryland and lives in New Jersey with his wife and two sons.
