Kevin Manngard

Head Of Legal Affairs

Kevin Manngard is Head of Legal Affairs at Conductor, where he leads all of the company's legal functions. He serves as Conductor's primary legal resource, supporting its enterprise customers, partners, and internal teams across the business. He works closely with Conductor's sales, finance, product, and people teams to advance commercial priorities while managing legal risk.

Before joining Conductor in 2022, Kevin held commercial and corporate governance legal roles at a global specialty chemicals company, where he supported operations across multiple jurisdictions.

He holds a J.D. from Albany Law School, along with an MBA and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University at Albany (SUNY). He is admitted to practice law in New York.

Kevin resides in the Mid-Hudson Valley of New York with his wife and three daughters.
