About the Role:
Are you a creative problem-solver with a passion for helping people? We're looking for a Customer Education & Digital Specialist with 2-5 years of experience to join our team. This is a crucial supporting role where you'll collaborate closely with our Manager of Customer Education and Sr. Customer Digital Lifecycle Manager to create and deliver high-impact content that guides our customers at every stage of their journey.

What You’ll Do:
- Content Creation & Support: Work with the Manager of Customer Education to develop and maintain a wide range of educational materials, including articles, guides, and video tutorials. You will play a key role in ensuring our content is accurate, engaging, and easy for new users to understand.
- Lifecycle Messaging & Collaboration: Assist the Sr. Customer Digital Lifecycle Manager in crafting multi-channel messages for customer onboarding and retention campaigns. Your creative writing skills will be essential for building a seamless and effective communication flow.
- Customer-Focused Efforts: You'll be a voice for our customers, helping to identify their needs and supporting efforts to improve their experience. Your work will directly impact our users' success and satisfaction.
- Technical & Creative Execution: Be ready to pick up new software quickly, from generative AI to content creation tools to marketing automation platforms. Video creation and editing skills are a big plus.
- Team Contribution: Act as a versatile and flexible team member, ready to jump in and support various projects as needed. You’ll be a "Swiss Army knife" for our team, contributing to a wide diversity of interests and initiatives.
- Maintain up to date subject matter expertise on our products to translate into content and education
Who You Are:
- Have at least2 years of experience in a role such as Customer Education Specialist, Customer Marketing, or Digital Success, preferably at a tech or SaaS company.
- Strong writer and communicator with a knack for crafting clear, concise, and impactful messaging.
- Proactive and collaborative team player who enjoys working with managers to execute a shared vision.
- Data-driven decision maker.
- Passionate about understanding and solving user needs.
- Skilled time manager, comfortable juggling multiple projects and priorities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Demonstrated learning agility in adopting new technologies.
- Able to work out of our New York City office Monday through Thursday, with Fridays remote.
Bonus Points For:
- Video creation experience (personal or professional).
- German language fluency (both written and spoken).
Compensation: Conductor maintains competitive, performance-based compensation programs.
The NYC base salary range for this role is currently $70,000 -$90,000 per year. Placement within that range will be dependent on experience.
