About the Role

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager at Conductor, you will be a leader within the business and the architect of our product's strategic direction in the market. You will own and define the end-to-end GTM strategy for a core product vertical, moving beyond execution to shape our positioning, influence the roadmap, and build scalable programs that drive the entire business forward. You will act as a strategic advisor to R&D, Sales, and Marketing leadership. What Success Looks Like (Your First 90 Days)

  • In your first 30 days (Learn & Strategize): You will rapidly build foundational knowledge to become a go-to expert on our market, product, and audiences. You’ll meet with key partners in Product, Sales, and Customer Success, dive deep into our customer feedback and market research, and get hands-on with the Conductor platform to become a power user.
  • In your first 60 days (Build & Influence): You will move from analysis to action. You will conduct an initial audit of our GTM processes and competitive landscape, lead your first major cross-functional GTM planning session, propose a new framework or process to address a strategic gap, and begin shaping the product roadmap with your market insights.
  • In your first 90 days (Own & Lead): You will begin to take true ownership and start establishing yourself as the go-to expert for your product area. You will be operating with a high degree of autonomy, owning the GTM strategy and success of your product vertical. You will be presenting a long-term strategic plan for your product area to executive leadership.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

  • Own and Define GTM Strategy: Own and define the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for a core product vertical, from market analysis and positioning to launch, adoption, and retention.
  • Influence and Shape the Product Roadmap: Serve as the voice of the customer and market to influence and shape the product roadmap, using data to build business cases for new opportunities.
  • Build and Scale Content & Collateral: Build and scale our library of compelling content and collateral, establishing frameworks and best practices that elevate the entire team's output.
  • Lead and Operationalize Enablement: Lead and operationalize our sales and customer success enablement function for your product area, creating and managing a continuous training and content program.
  • Measure and Analyze Impact: Track, analyze, and report on the impact of product marketing initiatives, using data to inform our strategy and demonstrate business impact to stakeholders.
  • Mentor and Lead: Act as a go-to expert for other marketers and serve as a role model for PMM excellence within the company.

What You'll Bring (Qualifications)

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in product marketing, brand strategy, or agency/consulting roles.
  • Experience working in B2B SaaS; experience working on AI products and/or MarTech products preferred.
  • Track record of executing successful go-to-market strategies end-to-end.
  • A proven ability to turn complex concepts into clear, compelling messaging and effective collateral that stands out in the market.
  • Project management and collaboration skills in a high-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Excellent hands-on skills, including compelling copywriting, building impactful presentations (e.g., Google Slides, PowerPoint), and experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira). Basic familiarity with design (e.g., Figma, Canva), product analytics (Heap, Pendo), and data analysis tools (e.g., Looker, Excel) is a plus.
  • Team player - has a deep sense of curiosity and a proactive, collaborative spirit.

Compensation: Conductor maintains competitive, performance-based compensation programs.

The NYC base salary range for this role is currently $130,000 - $170,000. Placement within that range will be dependent on experience.
