The first order of business for WeWork + Conductor? Adding more value for our customers by expanding the Conductor R&D team and bettering our platform.
Conductor officially last month and we’re already working on building long-term value for our customers and community. What does that look like? To start, we’re ramping up R&D to deliver more features and products to our customers and expanding our NYC and Kiev offices.

The greatest possible commitment to our customers is this investment in our product to provide them with the highest possible value. With the support of WeWork, we are extremely well-equipped to hire the very best talent focused on the incredible opportunity we have in the marketing space. By growing our amazing current team by 100 engineers, our R&D team will be the largest group of engineers working in this part of the marketing industry. And we couldn’t be more excited.
What does this mean for you, our customers? First, that we’re committed to you.
As we’ve been building Conductor over the years, we planned an ambitious, audacious roadmap for our product. With a larger team, we can advance on those goals in an unprecedented way, including investing in our user experience/overall simplicity, content marketing solutions, technical SEO, integrations, collaboration and workflow, and globalization.
We will also be expanding our partnership relationships and building more ways to integrate other best-of-breed tools in the market into our platform. As always, our roadmap is 75% “customer-lead,” informed by feedback from you, our customers. So please be vocal. It might surprise you to hear that our entire company reads all of our NPS surveys; as CEO, I personally read every single NPS survey and all our reviews on third party sites. We are listening so we can learn what you need, and improve.
Finally, we’ll be doing a lot of research: we’re serious about moving the market forward in the ways that are most meaningful to you. We have already opened a brand new space in Kiev dedicated to R&D. And our extra 10,000 sq. ft. in New York means we’ll also be opening up a brand new wing of the Conductor office dedicated to customers. It’ll be your space to work, meet, research, and ideate. We’ll offer trainings, fun perks, and events where you can meet each other and share ideas. All customers are welcome.
