The challenge

Two years ago, Sonos lacked a centralized SEO platform to support its global operations. Its one-person SEO team was managing search across markets with manual processes—piecing together insights without the infrastructure needed to track performance or understand how the site was behaving at scale.

Clear visibility into how Reddit and third-party sources shape AI discovery
